Two hundred and fifty metres of hair was incorporated into the style and it is said to be valued at around 50,000. This fashion statement has been designed to promote Madine's business and she is hoping the size 6 out-fit, weighing 15 stone will be modelled by a famous pop star in the not too distant future.

Such a bold fashion statement proves thought provoking and will intrigue many into further investigation. Whilst not everybody's 'cup of tea' it may encourage those who enjoy pushing the boundaries of style, such as travellers', into the added exploration of acquiring a similar design feature. This one off, never seen or made before dress will appeal to fashion conscious individuals who enjoy keeping up to date with style in the industry.

In contrast, many will not rate the out-fit and are likely to conclude that paying 50,000 for a dress is not only preposterous but way out of budget also. The weight of the dress is likely to be off putting and it can be surmised that to create a larger size, more hair would be needed, resulting in an even heavier weight that could possibly have adverse effects on the body if worn for long periods of time.

There was such a time when human hair extensions had one responsibility only, that being the provision of length and volume to existing hair.
